Does anyone truly Love me without limits, conditions or reservations? If so, what would that Love look like? A simple Rabbi, the son of a carpenter, born in abject poverty in an animal’s feeding trough showed us what this unconditional Love looks like.

SOTV Men’s ministry invites you to experience The Passion of The Christ. This two hour movie takes us through the last 12 hours of the life of Jesus of Nazareth. Beginning in the Garden of Gethsemane and moving through Jesus’ betrayal, trial, torture and crucifixion, we are given a glimpse of what it must have been like that day, one short week after Jesus’ triumphant entrance into Jerusalem. We will serve a light meal in the atrium (hot dogs, sloppy joes, chips and beverages) beginning at 6:00 p.m. Following the movie (approximately 9:00 p.m.) we will take time for comments, reflection and prayer.

Fellowship

Coffee for Men: Each Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the atrium. Men who would like to get together to visit over a cup of coffee or tea are encouraged to join an informal Coffee for Men. There's no particular agenda other than connecting with other guys.

Woodworkers Group: 10:00 a.m. each Wednesday in the atrium area of the narthex.

Men’s Bible and Faith Study Groups

All men's Bible study groups gather to grow in God's word and to share in the fellowship of Christian friends. They are peer-led and are open to men of all ages and places on their journey of faith. You are welcome to drop in at any of the following times as we seek to discover our identity as men who are loved, forgiven, and free in Jesus Christ. Contact Denny Ofstedahl with questions.
