GodZone Highlights for: Bottom Line: God gives everyone gifts to share with people who need them. Bible Story: Four Friends - Luke 5:17-26
"I get by with a little help from my friends…” The Beatles had
it right when they wrote this hit song in the 1960’s. This week
in Zone 45, we’ll be learning about how to share our gifts with
others. We are all a piece of God’s great puzzle, and we need to
share our gifts with others to spread God’s love.
The new offering emphasis
in Zone 45 is to support the garden plots here at Shepherd of
the Valley. One of the plots is designated for GodZone and we’ll
be planting and harvesting vegetables this spring and summer.
The vegetables we grow will be donated to the Food Shelf at
SOTV! Route 66 Refuel and Reload will also be another area of emphasis. Crew members will work on learning the order of the books of the Bible. Past Bible verses and Bible stories will be reviewed.
