Brass Ensemble
Open to high school through adult musicians.

The Brass Ensemble accompanies hymns and provides prelude, offertory or postlude pieces for worship once a month from September through May. The ensemble performs on special church holidays including Christmas Eve and Easter. For a complete schedule please visit www.brassandwinds.org

Quintets and quartets may perform alongside the full ensemble on occasion. Instrumentation for the Brass Ensemble includes trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium and tuba.

Wind Ensemble
Open to middle school through adult musicians.

Wind Ensemble Fall Schedule

The Wind Ensemble provides special music for offerings and accompanies hymns every other month from October until May. For a complete schedule please visit www.brassandwinds.org

Instrumentation for the Wind Ensemble may include any brass, woodwind or percussion instrument.

Flute Ensemble
Open to high school through adult flutists.

The Flute Ensemble plays occasionally throughout the year at worship services.

There are many opportunities for both vocal and instrumental soloists and small ensembles to provide special music during worship services at Shepherd of the Valley. Assistance in finding and picking out music is available.
