Lenten Food Drive RESULTS
February 22 - April 8, 2012

The goal: 25,000 pounds of food
The result: 18,067 pounds
of food collected!
Plus: monetary donations of $7,994 which will purchase an additional food (@ about $1/lb.) for a total of
26,061 pounds!

SOTV partners with 360 Communities in operating our food shelf housed at our church campus located on Johnny Cake Ridge Road in Apple Valley near the Minnesota Zoo.

TO GET HELP: 360 Communities answers the phone 24 hours a day. Call (952) 985-5300.

TO GIVE: Please bring non-perishable food items to our church during our weekly office hours (M-F, 8-4) or worship times (Sat 4:30-6:00 p.m. and Sun 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.).

Most needed items (as of 05/11/12):
kleenex, toilet paper, coffee, Kool-Aid, salad dressing, beef stew, popcorn
Please no mac & cheese, spaghetti sauce, or pasta at this time.

Please check the white boards in the Narthex and outside the Great Hall for up-to-date needs.

We are also accepting limited amounts of fresh produce before noon on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Please see the display in the narthex for details.
