Annual Holiday Boutique
Saturday, November 8 // 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
The entire church will be full of craft items—over 85 vendors! Tanzania and Bethlehem booths feature unique items and
support our global missions. A bake sale benefits the church
library, the café benefits the church kitchen, and a silent auction benefits youth mission trips and scholarships.
Please help the library buy new materials, books, DVDs, CDs, by contributing baked goods to the library bake sale during the
boutique. Baked goods can be delivered to the library on Friday, Nov. 7 or Saturday, Nov. 8. Please have goods labeled, but not priced. Thanks for your help!
Enter the World of the Bible
Presented by Doug Greenwold,
Senior Teaching Fellow, Preserving Bible Times
Saturday, November 15
8:30 AM – 3:30 PM with lunch included
Cost: $20/person until November 9
$30/person until date of event
Doug Greenwold is our guide for an exciting and immersive tour of the Biblical
world. Doug's rich array of maps, images, and aerial videos illustrate God’s Word in a profound way. You'll understand the Bible in its original historical, cultural, and geographical context. Study Israel up close, without leaving the church.
Doug’s teaching is captivating, insightful, and deeply
thought-provoking. Those who have experienced it call it transformative
and paradigm-changing. After one recent seminar, a church leader
exclaimed, “Once I was blind, but now I see!”
Special Luncheon for Seniors (55+)
Monday, December 8
Noon - 2:00 PM
Save the date for a very special Christmas–focused luncheon. Besides a wonderful meal, there will be entertainment from SOTV staff and others, Christmas carols, and sharing of Christmas memories. We think Santa and Mrs. Claus will also make an appearance! This is an event to which it would be ideal to invite a neighbor or friend. It is open to the
whole 55+ community.
