Moms Group is a support network for mothers of all
ages and stages.

The group meets weekly to discuss topics of all aspects of parenthood, marriage, and life in a relaxed social setting.

You do not need to register for Moms Group, just
come when you can.

You also do not need to be a
member of the church to attend.

Moms Group meets in rooms 14-15 along the back hallway of SOTV, just down the hall from the
Nursery.

New babies are welcome to join moms in our meetings (we all love to help with the holding part) as well as young children who need a little extra loving care separating from Mom. (We want all
moms and kids to feel welcome and important!)

Newcomers always welcome, so bring a friend!

When does Moms Group meet?
Moms Group meets weekly on Wednesday mornings from
9:30-11:15 AM at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church
in Apple Valley.

What is the cost for Moms Group?

A small "Sunshine Fund" fee of $5 per quarter is collected from each mom to cover costs related to speakers who join us, crafts we will make together or other small costs.
Childcare is available at Shepherd of the Valley during the Moms
Group as a complimentary service for
children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. While away
from mom, caring and dedicated staff supervise the
children. Free-play gives them a chance to explore,
investigate, and learn in a safe environment while
socializing with other children. Toys are age
appropriate and a snack is provided.
