Ethnic Diversity Celebration

What:  “Highlight your Heritage”

When & Where:  June 9 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm in the Great Hall (Pentecost Sunday)

Sign-up to host a table: sotv.org/volunteer

This event, on Pentecost Sunday, celebrates the Holy Spirit’s work through a diversity of languages and cultures. We are hosting an intergenerational event that will deepen our appreciation of the ethnic roots within our faith community.

  • Locate the map in the Narthex and place a pin by your country of origin. (Starting in May)

  • Join us on Sunday, June 9 in the Great Hall to learn about the heritage of our members. Then, enjoy food from the food truck “Potter’s Pasties.”

  • Create a display for June 9 to highlight your ethnic heritage. (ie pictures, heirlooms, arts, crafts, maps, memoirs, or clothing)
