All Guys Welcome.
There are many opportunities for men to learn who Jesus is and become equipped to live a life of faith in him. Small groups meet weekly to study the Bible and have faith-filled conversations.
There are also special breakfasts, retreats, and other opportunities throughout the year.
Saturday, December 2 | 8:00 - 10:00 am
Topic: “Personal Stories of a Cracked-Pot Life”
Join us for a casual breakfast with Brandon Newton, a pastor at Easter Lutheran and a former staff member of SOTV. Be filled with learning, fellowship, laughter, and a hearty breakfast provided by the men.
Brian Olson “National Disasters: The Inside Scoop”
Stories of the chaotic complexities of emergency management for federally declared emergencies (terrorist, hurricanes, earthquake).
Tim Schaeffer “Personal Stories of My Journey of Faith”
SOTV Member and national Crossways Bible Study teacher shares personal reflection on his life journey of faith and grace.
A group of 16 men from Shepherd of the Valley, including Pastor Randy, traveled to the North Shore in early June for an inspirational time of reflection and renewal. Whether hiking, kayaking, biking, reading or spending the day in Grand Marais, the men encountered God in nature and community.
If you missed it this year, mark your calendars and join us June 7-10, 2018.
