Shepherd's Sale

We had our final garage sale in 2015, and have no plans for future years at this time.

If you are looking for some places to take reusable items, below are a few resources.

Please note: Baby cribs with drop slides, child car seats, and any items that have been recalled or no longer meet safety standards must be disposed of in the trash, or brought to a transfer station. Contact your trash service provider for full details.

Dakota County Recycling Zone

Accepting older computers and equipment (keyboards, mouse, monitors, modems, etc.), TVs, printers, scrap metal, tires (fees apply), holiday lights, lawn mmowers, snow blowers, hazardous chemicals/waste, and more.

Locations in Bloomington and Roseville
Accepting mattresses, box springs, metal bed frames, dressers, bookcases, tables, chairs, desks, armoires, sofas, loveseats, futons, microwaves, heaters, TVs (2000 or newer) and more

Locations in Golden Valley and Saint Paul
Accepting all TVs (fee for CRTs), old computers, monitors, printers, peripherals and cords, computer components, and many more electronics, even if no longer functioning. See full list

Best Buy Stores
Will accept up to 3 TVs per day for recycling, free. Tube TVs 32”and smaller; flat screen TVs 55”and smaller.

Appliance Smart, Apple Valley
Will accept large household appliances for free. Some curbside pick-up available, otherwise you drop off at store. Call first for details.
