Share: What were your high and low points today?
Read: Ephesians 3:16-17: “I pray that…Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love.”
Reflect: Who in your life has helped you to be “rooted and grounded” in love? In other words, who has helped build your strong foundation?
Pray: “Dear God, help us to find our strength and hope in you, so that when life gets tough we can trust you are there. Amen.”
Bless: Trace a cross on each other’s shoulder, hand, or head and say “[Name], you are a beloved child of God.”
