(2019) As the chartered partner for Boy Scout Troop 9290 for 29 years, SOTV has provided a meeting place for the troop and for many Chief Black Dog District advancement activities and dinners. June 9, 2019 marked the 50th Anniversary of the troop being chartered, with 114 of its scouts having earned Eagle Scout.
