Often in scripture, we find Jesus and others retreating to the wilderness to pray. This summer and fall you are invited to join Pastor Peter and others for morning hikes in local county parks with trailside conversation and scripture reading to reflect on. Supported by SOTV’s Men’s Ministry, these hikes are open to everyone. Participants are responsible for their own gear, food, and transportation to/from the parks. 

Come for one or both. We’ll gather at a designated place in each park at 9:00 am, walk for 2-3 miles over a variety (moderately challenging?) terrain, and be done before Noon. Instructions will be sent out for meeting the group at each of these locations.
