58 women responded to the survey we sent out in January 2022. Here are a few highlights:
- Over half of the women appreciate some opportunities to connect with other women, especially in Learn ministry.
- There is significant interest in new opportunities for fellowship and serving together, and in partnering with others to care for people in need. We’ll follow-up to explore ideas.
As a congregation, we want to have the majority of our ministries open to all people; yet sometimes people feel safer being more honest and vulnerable with people of the same gender. If you’re interested in learning more or helping to plan events for women, email Lisa Boers.
