Celebrating our IMPACT. Shaping our FUTURE.

God has blessed each of us abundantly so that we might be a blessing to others. It is our collective generosity that allows SOTV to sustain our vibrant ministries, care for our church home, and reach far beyond our walls to impact our neighbors.

This stewardship season, our goal is to step boldly into the future. Your gifts will help resolve our lingering post-pandemic budget gap, absorb rising operational costs, and fund exciting upgrades for our Great Hall and local outreach ministries.

Please prayerfully consider increasing your giving for the coming year. Every single gift, no matter the size, makes a powerful impact.

A Lifestyle of Stewardship!

We are asking every household to prayerfully consider your financial commitment for the 2026–2027 ministry year. Imagine the strengthened ministry of our congregation as we each grow generosity in a way that is significant to our means.

Bring your commitment card to worship the weekend of October 10 & 11 as we celebrate what God is doing through SOTV.

Commitment Card FAQs

Commitment cards are a faith tool for each one of us. Taking the time to contemplate and pray about how God is calling us to use our God given resources is a part of each one of our faith journeys.

Absolutely! Although they are not the only tool used in creating a budget, set alongside historical financial information and other contextual information, the commitment cards we submit do inform the budgeting process for the next year.

Yes, remember, commitment cards are a faith tool for each one of us. Take time to think and pray, we are called to more than keeping our offerings on autopilot. Life circumstances often change from year to year, does your offering reflect these changes?

No, the commitment card is a faith tool and will not automatically change your recurring gift amount. Fulfilling the offering intent to meet your goal must be manually adjusted.

Absolutely, stocks and QCDs are just other tools that we can use to give back to God, what God has first given us.

Yes, pledges are for your January 1 – December 31, 2027 giving intentions.

The annual stewardship drive helps direct next year’s annual budget and helps us to grow in our generosity.

Our statements only reflect trackable giving; unidentified cash gifts cannot be attributed to any specific giving household. Please use an envelope which identifies the giver.

Start with an annual amount and divide it by giving frequency. This can be as often as you desire: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one gift per year.
