What to Expect
Join us quarterly during worship services to get your blood pressure checked. Look for us by the Welcome Center!
What to do:
- Introduce yourself to the Faith Community nurse or volunteer.
- Get your blood pressure checked.
- Pick up information about hypertension.
- Enjoy some dark chocolate.
