What to Expect

Join us during worship services to have your blood pressure checked.   

Faith Community Nurses (FCNs) and other volunteers will be available in the Narthex. Please stop by and: 

  • Introduce yourself
  • Get your blood pressure checked
  • Pick up information about hypertension
  • Enjoy some dark chocolates 

    • Do You Want to Get Involved?

    If you are a nurse or someone looking to help out with care ministries, we invite you to stop by and talk with someone from our team. There are opportunities to: 

  • Lead a class
  • Help with blood pressure check
  • Take members to appointment
  • Be a friendly visitor
