Congregational Potluck and Meeting

What to Expect

All SOTV members are encouraged to attend a meeting of the congregation. 

The agenda includes: 
  • Appreciation for staff, lay leaders, and volunteers
  • Ratify congregational meeting minutes
  • Celebrate our ministry in review and look ahead
  • Vote on council members and officers 
  • Approve the implementation of the model constitution and updates*  

*The model constitution with implemented  SOTV updates will be available for review at the Welcome Center May 1 – June 14, 2026.  

Tables and chairs will be provided for the lunch and the meeting. No registration is needed. If you plan to participate in lunch, please bring an item to share for the potluck.
