Your registration is non-refundable. If a waitlist exists, we will provide name(s) of those on the waitlist. If no wait list exists, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place.

What to Expect

Join the Traveling Shepherds, an SOTV Affinity Group focused on group travel, on an adventure to St. Joseph, St. Cloud, and Sauk Rapids. There will be a bus at Shepherd of the Valley for the group that will leave at 8:00 AM. 

Please note: This trip includes some moderate walking and stairs. There is limited handicap accessibility on the bus.

Duane Paetznick, who grew up in the area, will share tales and trivia about these cities during the tour. Highlights begin with a stop at St. John’s University campus in St. Joseph for a presentation of St. John’s handwritten Bible and time in the Bible Gallery, followed by a tour of St. John’s Abbey and a buffet lunch. Next, we move on to St. Cloud’s Munsinger/Clements gardens and a tour of the Foley Mansion. This day trip is sure to be both educational and entertaining.
