The Realm Connect App

Realm is our web-based database and ministry tool from ACS Technologies that informs staff and connects our congregation. All of our data is safely stored and backed up in the cloud, making it available 24/7 from anywhere using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

How does Realm help you?

Realm helps you be connected to SOTV in ways that make sense to you. Once you log in, you can:

  • Update your address, phone, and email (and set privacy settings to determine who can see that information)
  • Add your picture to your profile
  • Share posts and pictures, and plan events, with your groups
  • Find new groups
  • Give electronically (by credit card, debit card, checking account, or savings account) {Learn more}

  • Register for church events
  • Access our church directory

Getting Started

If you would like to request a Realm account, click here.
1.  Fill out the form to request an account. An email will be sent to you.
2. Open the email, select your password.
3. You will then get a verification email in which you will need to click a link to verify your account.
4. From here, you can log into Realm as a church member. Please note: Realm does not work with Internet Explorer, but should work with any other main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
5. To login to Realm, use the link on our website (scroll up) or go to onrealm.org/sotv and click on “Sign In”
6. Put in your email address, the one at which you received the invitation, and input the password you chose.

Do we have a church app?

Yes! Many people prefer to use an app instead of logging in through a web browser. Once you’ve logged in for the first time, you can download the app called “Connect – Our Church Community” from the app store tied to your mobile device (Apple Store and Google Play). Log into the app with the same email address and password you created through a web browser, and your app will stay connected to your account with the church. Find a helpful video here.
