Join the Traveling Shepherds as we visit the picturesque villages of New England – right here in MN and WI! We’ll travel along the scenic St. Croix River by bus and visit the historic towns of Marine-On-St.Croix, Hudson, St. Croix Falls, Franconia, Osceola, and Taylor Falls, which were largely built by New England settlers in the 1850s. We will learn why those New Englanders thought the St. Croix area to be as beautiful as the Hudson River Valley in the state of New York. We will also visit and tour the interiors of two historic buildings along the Saint Croix River, the Folsom House and the Octagon House and museum.
