The purpose of this job transitions group at Wooddale Church is to help you secure a new position in the shortest time possible. To accomplish this objective, the job seeker must follow a logical process which consists of a series of steps. This 6 step process, which gives structure to the job search and provides ideas on how to create a plan, includes: attitude, assessment, marketing strategy, marketing materials, interviewing, and follow up.
